Zubair Lone provides web development, SEO, graphic design, and related digital services as described on this website. All services are subject to a formal agreement and advance payment as discussed.
Payment terms will be clearly defined before project commencement. Typically, a 50% advance is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables. Zubair Lone retains the right to showcase completed work in their portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Projects include a defined number of revision rounds as agreed. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Zubair Lone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services or any third-party platforms used.
