Our policy on project cancellations and refunds.
If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must notify us in writing. Cancellations made before work has commenced will receive a full refund of any advance paid.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. The exact amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Once a project has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to review all work carefully before final approval.
